About The Silver Moon

The Silver Moon Lounge is owned and run by the tenacious half-Lupin Kirimaru Tsukioka. Operating out of the brightly lit night streets of Kugane—and seemingly cropping up out of nowhere—the lounge offers patrons all manner of finer indulgences; from a variety of drinks and smokables, and fine company, to a relaxing treatment to a beautiful tattoo, there's plenty to stimulate the senses and provide a night of revelry and stress relief.However, for those more attuned to the shadows cast in these streets, perhaps the 'hidden entrance' will provide you with what you seek...

Rules and info

  • Leave drama at the door. We will not tolerate bringing your external issues and drama into our establishment, ICly or OOCly.

  • PLEASE SEPARATE IC FROM OOC, DO NOT BLEED!

  • Anyone caught instigating problems or fighting in our lounge will be promptly escorted out, and severe instances will result in a ban.

  • This is a 21+ lounge, you must be at least this age both IC and OOC. No exceptions.

  • Yell and shout chat are meant exclusively for staff announcements, please do not use these chat modes.

  • Consent is key. We do not tolerate forcing anything upon anyone's characters, or controlling others actions.

  • We offer only SFW hosting services here, please do not solicit any of our staff for ERP services.

  • This space is heavy RP, please do your best to maintain this immersive atmosphere and keep OOC chat to a minimum.

  • The lounge is open for 24/7 RP outside of operating hours, so feel free to come by and engage! The lounge cannot be closed down for private RP's save for exceptions made by management.

  • Please make sure to remove weapons and heavy armor before entering, or check them in at the door.

Illicit smokes - 5000g (per gram)

These are available on the 'secret' menu, requested with any phrase including 'the dark side of the moon.'
All smokes come in cigars, cigarettes, or pipes, and can be flavored to one's liking upon request.

Ghost Smoke

A blend of dried belladonna, white lotus, and crushed river pearls. Induces vivid hallucinations of the dead and can cause users to hear voices of lost loved ones. Chronic smokers struggle to tell dreams from reality.

En'enra's Whisper

Made from charred datura flowers and fermented opium resin, this smoke numbs the senses and dulls pain. Those who overindulge report losing time, as if hours or even days pass in a haze without memory.

Black Lacquer Mountain

A fine, gritty powder smoked through bamboo pipes. It floods the body with heat and makes the user feel invincible for a short time, but it is highly addictive, leaving black stains on the lips and teeth of chronic users.

Moonlight Ash

A mix of willow bark, foxglove, and fermented sake lees. It slows the heart and induces a dreamlike state where time seems to stretch. Those who use it too often become detached, speaking in riddles or forgetting conversations moments after they occur.

Corpse Fog

A strong, acrid blend of burnt mandrake and spiced myrrh. It causes a surge of euphoria and provides an out of body experience. Overindulgence results in a sudden sense of impending doom and a 'cold' feeling in the lungs.

Spider Silk

A rare, expensive blend that includes dried saffron petals and venom-laced betel leaves. It enhances speech and confidence but makes the user sweat excessively, sometimes developing an unsettling, sticky skin texture over time.

Mask-Maker's Gift

A sweet-smelling smoke infused with rare herbs and powdered lacquer. It heightens charm and reduces inhibitions, but long-term use can cause muscle stiffness in the face, creating a permanent mask-like expression.

Blackleaf Haze

A smokable, ink-black herb that heightens control over void magic and silences the mind. Burned in bone pipes or scroll-wraps, it produces a cool, violet-gray smoke that dims nearby light. Prolonged use corrupts the soul, severs ties to other forms of magic, and draws the user closer to the Void bothbodily and aetherically

Aethersugar

Harvested from unstable crystals deep within Mor Dhona’s corrupted wastelands, this powdered smoke surges through the body like a storm, amplifying magical strength and sharpening aetherial control. While it grants explosive power and heightened mana flow, overuse can lead to hallucinations, spiritual instability, and a dangerous drift from the physical world.

Flamefruit Jewels

Spicy, glowing pastries made from the rare Emberfruit harvested near the volcanic slopes of Hells Lid, these fiery bites grant temporary flame-based power and a burst of energy. Popular with adventurers, they enhance fire magic and resistance—but overuse can lead to overheating, emotional volatility, and severe burnout.

Quiet Current

A smooth black tea infused with pulverized azure lotus resin, a substance traditionally used by onmyoji, geomancers, and novice thaumaturges recovering from aether exhaustion. Drinking the tea may dampen excessive elemental alignment temporarily, soothe turbulent aether flow, and may increase resistance to aetheric corruption. However, overindulgence can lead to emotional numbness, dulled reflexes, and in severe cases, aetheric stagnation.

Crane's Ascension

A light green tea infused with distilled white-feather sap harvested from special crane roost trees. Good for samurai, monks, and dancers preparing for ceremonial duels and performances, this tea provides enhanced balance, posture, reaction time, and a lightness in the limbs, as though one is floating above the ground. May also enhance wind-aspected aether, as well as chakra responsiveness, however, drinking too much may result in excessive lightheadedness, restlessness, and intense vertigo.

Moon-Reflected Jade

A deeply aromatic oolong tea infused with a specially cultivated variety of white jade kudzu root that only blooms under a full moon near the Fanged Crescent. The substance has as yet gone unregistered within Hingashi, and seems to provide an interesting host of effects. May split the conscious between reality and memory, and if two individuals indulge together, allows both to tread through each other's memories. Perhaps one could even manipulate said memories... Overindulgence, however, may result in memory blending, false recollections, heightened aether-sensitivity, and in extreme cases, complete identity fragmentation.

Tucked above the Silver Moon's main lounge lies a den of ink and artistry, a space of calm expression where bodies are canvases and secrets are closely kept between artist and patron. Using the long-traditional and relaxing technique of Tebori to apply ink into the skin, the process is both

There are several options available for tattoos. From simple statement pieces, to complex runes and sprawling irezumi, our artists are capable of making your desires manifest. Premade designs are listed here. Price of premades are halved if the artist is allowed to choose the design.

The artist may request multiple sessions to complete a piece, depending on the size of the work. It is recommended that patrons follow all follow-up and aftercare suggestions made. We will not take responsibility for improper follow-ups and care leading to ruined tattoos.

Enchantments

For an additional charge, tattoo's can be applied with special enchanted inks that can be activated in a variety of ways depending on the tattoo design created. Aetheric capacity is dependent on the design, and will drain with use. Patrons can return for regular 'refills' for a price. Please discuss with your artist in detail the type of enchantment you would like to ensure the proper inks are applied.

Minor Enchantments: Minor elemental attributes and aetheric enhancements or power boosts. Good for between 5-20 uses before refill (based on size from larger to smaller)
